They have industry knowledge, negotiation skills, networking, and strategic planning attributes that put them above everyone else. They can include Real Estate Brokers, Property Managers, Leasing Agent/Managers, Appraisers, Commercial Lenders, Real Estate Analysts, Real Estate Attorneys, Construction, Tenant Improvement Contractors, Commercial Developers, Architects, and Civil Engineers. Honoree profiles will be drawn from the materials submitted to the Orange County Business Journal. Those selected for inclusion are reviewed by the editorial department and chosen based on the impact made in furthering the success of their organization.
