Costa Mesa-based Crisp Imaging Inc. has acquired DRSi, a provider of graphics and printing, located in Bellevue, Washington.
The deal included Seattle-based G&H Print, which DRSi had purchased in July. The organization said it will continue to operate out of both existing locations.
Crisp Imaging has acquired nine companies since 2021. The digital printing company now counts 24 facilities in its portfolio with 194 employees from Seattle to San Diego.
DRSi’s outgoing president Jennifer Fuller said in a statement the acquisition will give customers more options, offer support for the company’s existing businesses, and benefit employees with new technology and career advancement.
Founder and Chief Executive Gary Crisp, along with his wife and son, Julie and Carter Crisp, were honored in May with a Business Journal Family-Owned Business Award for the large company category.
The business is eyeing several more acquisitions in 2024 which could help total revenue grow to Crisp’s current target of $50 million a year.
