Irvine-based Montage Hotels & Resorts has named Anne Marie Doyle as the new hotel manager of Montage Laguna Beach.
Doyle was previously the director of sales and marketing for the resort and first joined in 2018. She worked several years prior at Ritz-Carlton properties in Santa Barbara and Rancho Mirage and spent the first 20 years of her hospitality career at multiple hotels across Ireland and England.
“I am thrilled about Anne Marie’s promotion and look forward to the creativity she is sure to bring to her new role,” Managing Director and Area General Manager Mary Rogers said in a statement. “It is particularly an honor to welcome another woman to our executive team during our 20th anniversary year.”
The 260-room Montage resort first opened in 2003 as the firm’s flagship property and sold at the end of last year for $641 million, or nearly $2.5 million per key, setting a local and state record.
